If you have a cPanel hosting plan with GINERNET and you have used **100% of your allotted disk space**, you will notice your website returning errors, both when browsing and when sending or receiving email.

At this point, you can do two things:

- Delete content
- Get more space

## Deleting content

The quickest option is to **connect via FTP** and delete whatever you no longer need.

Another option is through **cPanel**: from the File Manager you can delete anything you do not need.

:::tip
Email accounts also take up space: deleting old sent or received messages can free up quite a few MB.

Remember that from the [client area](https://cli.ginernet.com/) you can:

- Access cPanel
- Access the File Manager
- Change your cPanel password

The guide [Getting started with cPanel](../hosting/tutorial-cpanel-primeros-pasos) has more information on managing cPanel.

## Getting more space

If you have used up all your space and need to keep growing, the best option is to **upgrade your disk space**. Besides, the bigger the plan, the cheaper the €/GB ratio becomes.

To upgrade, your [client area](https://cli.ginernet.com/) offers an option to purchase the upgrade. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact our support team.
