The DNS servers for websites hosted on our **Hosting** are:

| `ns2.ginernet.com` | 51.254.58.235 |

Each DNS resolves on a different server, so if one goes down, the other keeps responding.

If you have a **Managed VPS**, your DNS servers are different and exclusive to you. Check the email with the access details you received when you signed up; if you lost it, contact our support team and we will resend it.

If you have an **unmanaged VPS**, it does not include DNS service on our side. In that case we recommend using [Cloudflare's free DNS service](https://www.cloudflare.com/).
