We recommend submitting phishing-related reports through specialized platforms such as [Netcraft](https://www.netcraft.com/). Reports received through this channel are also evaluated and handled whenever possible.

For any other complaint that does not fall into the categories above, our position as a hosting provider is to remain **neutral** and respect our customers' privacy. Such complaints are treated as private matters and are not acted upon without a court or administrative order requiring it.
